We collect Personal Information from you in various ways, including when you visit the Website, create an account with us, purchase, enroll in and use our Programs, and when you send us feedback.

We may obtain information about you from third-party business partners (such as other companies with which we may jointly offer services or conduct promotional events), third-party service providers, credit bureaus or other sources, including but not limited to demographic information, contact information, open data, publicly available data and credit check information. We may use this information for purposes including customer support, fraud prevention, and credit-related decisions in connection with our services, along with other purposes described in this Policy.

For the purpose you provided personal data, for example to enroll you in one of our Programs or respond to a specific inquiry;

Mobile Devices, Phone Calls & SMS
(Full Potential/MindFlow) If you provide CTP with a telephone number, such as when you purchase, enroll in or use a City Test Prep Program, you agree that CTP may contact you by telephone and/or text message utilizing automated technology at such telephone number(s). You understand that this consent is not required to purchase goods or services from City Test Prep.
Who We Share Your Personal Data With
We may share your personal information in the instances described below. From time to time we may disclose any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, (“Personal Data”). We may disclose your Personal Data in response to legal process, to protect our rights, as otherwise required by law, or for the prevention or detection of a crime. We may share your Personal Data with trusted third parties who are delivering services to City Test Prep, including those who help deliver our Programs, help us process transactions, such as charging your credit card when you make purchases, and otherwise help us operate our business. These third parties are not authorized by us to use your Personal Data except in connection with providing services to us. CTP may disclose anonymous data to third parties. We may also share your information with third parties that you have specifically designated as authorized to receive information from us.
If payment for your Program was made by a third party or if you are a student or prospective student of an institution that contracted with CTP to provide you with the Program, that third party or institution may request access to your data. For example, if CTP provides You access to a Program in your capacity as a student of a school that has contracted with CTP, then CTP may share your personal data with your school, even if you paid for the Program in whole or in part yourself.
If we sell our company or part of it, or our business enters into a joint venture with another business entity, we may disclose your Personal Data to our new business partners or owners who may then provide you with information about their products and services.
Security of Your Personal Information
We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite these measures, no data security measures can guarantee security.

Profile and Data Sharing Settings You may update your profile information, such as your user name, and may change some of your data sharing preferences on your account settings page or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to control your communications preferences: You can stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests. You may not opt out of service-related communications (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, changes/updates to features of the Programs, technical and security notices).
Modifying or deleting your information: If you have any questions about reviewing, modifying, or deleting your information, you can contact us directly at email@example.com. We may not be able to modify or delete your information in all circumstances.
